Shipping policy

At Black Label Aquatics, we know the anxiety when it comes to shipping live animals in the mail better than anyone, which is why we stand by our arrive alive guarantee for all customers to relieve them of that worry. We cover all corals and anemones shipped with a standard 2-hr DOA (dead on arrival) guarantee. Just take a picture still in our bag unopened within 2 hours of the 1st delivery attempt and we will gladly give ship you a replacement or give you credit to choose something else.

It's not your fault if the shipment gets delayed and so you shouldn't have to deal with the repercussions of that either. We're happy to take care of you!
